I would have said either expansive or constrained but as I think through the settings they were all constrained. A couch, the shower, balcony of a restaurants, love hotel, etc.

As for reusing a location, never. Like the scenes each is crafted in a new location doing new things.

“Whatever you want. Ume would love a question like this,” he answered.

“You’re right, I would. So much room for wordplay, or I could write a little slice-of-life story. I would #mine it for all it’s worth.”

Shiro joined them. “I want you to write a story featuring ‘What,’” she said to Ume.

“Ume’s not your sub, Mistress,” Kan-chan said.

“Whatever. If she doesn’t, then you do it.” Shiro’s wicked smile revealed how much she was enjoying this.

Ume looked at Kan-chan: “What one of us should do it?”

“That is improper grammar,” Shiro pointed out.

The author shrugged.

In my WIP Kan-chan and Shishi enjoy dressing up. Kan-chan is cute and Shishi dark.
In my prior two novels, nice clothes and street fashion were a prominent part of the characters' lives.

I am familiar with all there except Cursed and Dissociative fugue. #ActuallyAutistic

Forgot Ghost Sick: Shiomi, Ume, Saeki Sayaka, Tomo They all recovered.

Note: I do have characters without mental health issues. Forget it, they probably ALL have PTSD.
