#EroticMusings Week 52 Culture - Towel
Snip from The Chickadee and the Tiger: From 2022 - popular but rough.
They unlatched the door to the hot springs and stepped into the changing room. The noise brought the two girls running to see who was there. Both were wrapped in towels, which did nothing to hide the love bites on Toriko’s neck or Sorawo’s flushed face.
“I can’t believe you locked us in and stole our clothes,” Toriko complained even though she didn’t look too upset. Sorawo attempted a scowl but was having difficulty maintaining it.

#EroticMusings Week 51 (May 17-23) Craft: What kind(s) of intimacy do you find hardest to show in your work? How are you trying to improve?
#Asexual Alloromantic ones. I have gotten better over time, but I still suffer from writing to please the culturally approved Allosexual reader. The last is a new realization: my goal posts have been misplaced all this time. Cultural biases can be so blinding.
#EroticMusings 50: Is your creative workspace erotic in any way? Would a visitor guess that erotica is created there?
Besides some cheesecake tapastries no. Cute is more my aesthetic. (Even the ecchi is more cute than erotic.)
#EroticMusings 49s: Do you design relationships to fit characters or vice versa?
Characters come first, and then I figure out how come they are obsessive disaster lesbians.

#EroticMusings 48. PoV (any character): What's something you think is special about the place you're in?
#Arisu from Arisu the Girl Who Sees Ghosts:
This is the universe where I was able to meet Saeki-san and win her love.
#EroticMusings 47: How much time do you spend making erotica in a week? Do you have a regular schedule?
No schedule. I produce maybe one ecchi flash a month.
#EroticMusings 46: Does your work ever explore its own unreality? Part 3
#Airisu is the deepest dive into this, as the main narrator is a crow who sees the world in very different terms than humans. Airisu is also my least reliable narrator. I have yet to see how far that affects the narrative and if there is any effective hoodwinking of the readers.
#EroticMusings 46: Does your work ever explore its own unreality? Part 2
So far, my narrators have tried to be honest brokers. But they can only tell what they know and believe.
For example, Ume in #KonbiniIdol can be very hard on herself, and if you took her words at face value, you would believe she was a totally selfish, self-serving person. Things she can be, but not to the degree she blames herself for.
Similarly, in #MyGirlfriend, Kao believes herself fatally cursed and worthless. While Shiro battles between what she was taught about social conformity and proper sexual conduct and her own impulses.d.
In #TheGirlWhoSawGhosts, Arisu comes to believe she is a youkai who has possessed someone.
From that point of view, it explores how self-image and reality don't always match.
#EroticMusings 46: Does your work ever explore its own unreality?
#KonbiniIdol is Ume writing about what happened to her family. She is a conscious writer, so she seldom breaks the 4th wall.
The side story The Two Authors of Konbini Idol completely departs from this and is about me & Ume, the authors of the same story, meeting.
