Small update to my recent #HideousDestructor weapon pack. A detonator is now required to actually detonate the new "grenades". These will spawn alongside them, almost all of the time. They can also be found in backpacks.

I have to say this has been a much better time here on #Mastodon compared to #Twitter... I know I personally have been a bit sporadic on here and I am trying to make a concerted effort to engage more than I have been. when I was playing #MagicTheGathering more regularly it was easier to post decklists; and while I have been invested more into #ModDevelopment as of late, I haven't been keeping up with posting about some of the latest changes and updates I and many others have done in that sphere. It's something I'm hoping to course-correct on, though, and there has been some conversations surrounding more on the latter, so I'll keep you posted!

With all of our new friends migrating over, here's hoping the new #Bluesky bridge helps connect everyone out here on this new endeavor towards a better #SocialMedia ecosystem. Y'all have been much more welcoming, and hopefully will continue to be so as this experiment continues to grow, I look forward to being a part of it all in the coming months and years. This decentralized protocol-based environment feels much more open and cross-compatible, not only with other apps speaking the same #ActivityPub language, but now it seems more and more efforts going into bridging between protocols seem to be sprouting up, which should be promising!

I managed to crash the #CreationKit with a good ol’ fashioned #Bethesda CTD

But then #xEdit crashed my whole goddamned system—with not so much as a blue screen of death, that little piggy just kept eating memory even when that memory belonged to the OS and was supposed to be protected…

You know I don't know why I haven't thought to post about this here, but in case you don't know, not only do I play and #stream #Doom2 #gaming content, but I've also recently taken up #ModDevelopment for #HideousDestructor over the last few months.

Originally I just made a simple reskin, but soon after I started working on my own custom HUD mod, and have now found myself on the newly created community organization on #GitHub. Thank you for including me, by the way.

I've been finding myself pulling down mods and updating, fixing, and enhancing them more often than I've played #HDest! If people are interested I'll probably start posting updates here, so keep an eye out!
