I wanted to make a cup of tea but I put my tea mug down somewhere in the house when I got distracted by other stuff

– opening kitchen window
– watering plants
– singing a Ghanaian #kpanlogo song in my kitchen while hitting an empty 2L water bottle with a salad server as the bell pattern
– once again googling the song in vain because I'm pretty sure I learned the lyrics phonetically back in high school: it begins "Oh zamina mina mina mina" with the response "Oh zamina mina" (and it is NOT the "waka waka" song Zangaléwa)
– going down a wormhole of Afro-Caribbean polyphonic rhythm patterns on Wikipedia
– okay now where was that mug? Oh it was in the bathroom
– wait it's not in the bathroom, maybe it's on my desk?

Only to find a FULL MUG OF HOT TEA on my desk which I do NOT recall making whatsoever
