An meine lieben #Follower oder auch andere. Ich habe eine #Frage, die betrifft zum folgende #Android App #keepass2android und eine Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung (#2FA) .

Ich nutze #Aegis für 2FA und den Passwortmanager #keepass2android. Im Netz habe ich auf der Webseite....

...nicht besonders schlau das raus. Kann ich die 2FA erst in mal in keepass2android etwas aktivieren, da mit die 2FA direkt im Passwordmanager nutzen. Hmmm?

Gibt es verständliches #Howto da zu?

@jameshowell I've been using #keepass2android for a couple of years now (syncing done via #Nextcloud) . Happy with it, but it doesn't seem to be on @fdroidorg.

I think #keepassdx is, though. I remember having a look at it in the past, but not sure why I didn't switch. Maybe because it didn't work with shared key databases, which is a hard requirement for me as my partner and I have several shared accounts.

@teezeh Es kommt ein Popup seit neuestem (#keepass2android auf #grapheneos in meinem Fall) dass man den #playservices dieses #camera Recht geben soll um #qr codes scannen zu können. Habe es gegen geprüft mit einer anderen, da kommt es auch. Das war bis vor kurzem noch nicht so.

Wegen dem neuen, nervigen "Sicherheitsfeature" von #keepassdx bin ich jetzt auf #keepass2android umgestiegen.

@tomjennings using #keepass2android for a long time because of the embedded cloud sync option. But that can be also handled in other ways. On Linux #KeepassXC. For me a perfect combination also covering the basic needs you mentioned.
As keepass2android is only on google play, i also thought about switching to #keepassDX from the @IzzyOnDroid repository. Comparisons I know are mainly from the german @heiseonline or @heisec magazine

@kaschmir ein Account, der "digitale Selbstverteidigung" heisst ist aber wahrscheinlich auch technisch versiert. 😊
Ich nutze auch @keepassxc (bzw. #keepass2android) aber um die Synchronisierung zwischen verschiedenen Geräten muss man sich da z.B. selber kümmern.

Erstes Projekt: #keepass2android mit NFC-Tag als zweiter Faktor entschlüsseln.

Soeben habe ich wieder mal bei #Keepass2Android wegen der Implementierung von #Passkey​s geschaut: Die soll anscheinend kurz vor der Veröffentlichung stehen! #KeePassDX kann es übrigens schon, es geht voran. Dann warte ich mit einem Wechsel.
