Soeben habe ich wieder mal bei #Keepass2Android wegen der Implementierung von #Passkeys geschaut: Die soll anscheinend kurz vor der Veröffentlichung stehen! #KeePassDX kann es übrigens schon, es geht voran. Dann warte ich mit einem Wechsel.

Überall da, wo ich mich noch mit meiner #Google-Mailadresse einloggen muss, stelle ich sofort auf eine eigene Mail-Adresse meiner Domain um. Und dann natürlich die Änderung im Passwortmanager #KeePass2Android nicht vergessen!

Ich habe vor einiger Zeit #keepass2android, #InputStick (https://www.inputstick.com/) und kp2a als Bindeglied auf meinem #Pixel7a mit #Android14 installiert. Mittlerweile hat es sich auf #Android16 aktualisiert und funktioniert immer noch. Es gelingt mir jedoch nicht eine Neuinstallation auf einem #Pixel8a vorzunehmen, dass bereits Android16 hat. Die Funktion "über andere Apps einblenden" lässt sich nicht einschalten. Gibt's Ideen ?

@kuketzblog Leider kann #KeepassDX noch immer nicht mehreren Datenbanken gleichzeitig öffnen. Deswegen muss ich leider bei #Keepass2Android bleiben.

好在 Bug 已经在最新的 1.14-r1 版本里解决了，没更新的记得及时更新一下，我要不是留了备份一时还真不知道该怎么办（

Attention if you're using #Keepass2Android. Version 0.14-r0 has a bug[0] that'll destroy the DB if
- there's a change on the mobile AND
- you're synching via #WebDAV (including Nextcloud, ownCloud)

Wait for, or manually install [1], 0.14-r1, the bug should be fixed there.

Also a good time to check if your #backups are in working order.

I ordered a #YubiKey for myself. I was originally going to get a #NitroKey as I much prefer their open source approach. Always support your local KMUs! (small businesses)

However, I really want to be able to unlock my #KeePass database on both #Linux and #Android with it.
The NitroKey 3 supports the proprietary YubiKey challenge-response protocol, but neither #KeePassDX + #ykDroid nor #KeePass2Android work with NitroKeys. (#KeePassXC on desktop does, though!)

What a mess this is…

So #Keepass2Android ist definitiv zuverlässiger beim Erkennen der Passwortfelder im #Androidbrowser als #KeepassDX. Von der Bedienung ist Keepass2Android mindestens ebenbürtig. Das heißt jetzt kommt Keepass2Android bei mehreren Smartphones zum Einsatz.

Leider funktioniert der #Passwortmanager #KeepassDX unter Android auf einigen Webseiten bei mir nicht zuverlässig bzw. garnicht. Ich teste gerade als Alternative jetzt #Keepass2Android, auch #Opensource wie KeepassDX nur nicht auf #Fdroid verfügbar, sondern nur im Playstore.
