Mohammad Abbasi, one of the rioters of January 8-9 was executed in Qazal-Hesar prison earlier this week.

Abbas was accused of organizing and leading a group of young people, including his 25yo daughter to attack a police station that led to murder of Colonel Shahin Dehghani with multiple knife attacks and looting of the police station.

His crimes were "rioting by the order of US and Israel and destruction of property of individuals and government buildings as well as looting government buildings, including a police station.

He is the 14th person killed by IRI since the bloody riots across Iran on January 8th and 9th. The riots led to over 3000 deaths, mostly rioters but also 500+ police and security forces (government numbers).
Opposition groups claim the numbers were 80k, 60k, 55k or 42k that Trump and US officials repeatedly mention.
Opposition groups have not released more than 200 names since the riots.

2 more members of the MKO were executed in Iran today.

As the group has once again started armed rebellion and killed many police, security forces and Basij members since the start of the Israeli and american war last month.

This brings back horrifying memories of the mass execution of political prisoners during August and September 1988 after MKO attacked Iran alongside the Saddam's army and shortly captured parts of the western city of Khorrmabad, killing army, IRGC and basij forces in the city and hanging their bodies on street lights.
The brutal reaction ordered by Khomeini swept around the country killing 1000s of MKO supporters charged with minor offences.

I really hope we don't witness another horror like that.
