First official Iranian government event where hijab is not compulsory.

Even though the laws are still the same, IRI have decided not to enforce it on the streets in the past 2 years and now with this event in Tehran, it marks the first official proof that the liberal fraction of IRI is working in easing the pressure on women of Iran as their first step of opening up the society.

On the top right hand side, there is an image that looks a lot like Mojtaba Khamenei. The son of previous IRI leader.

It's unknown why his image was painted there or it's just a mistake.

Iranian human rights lawyer and activist, Nasrin Sotudeh was taken from her house arrest by IRI security forces to an unknown location.
Her husband is still in prison for exposing HR abuse of the regime and breaking the gag order forbidding him to talk to media about Mrs Sotudeh.
مهراوه دختر خانم ستوده گفت: مادر او زمانی که در خانه تنها بوده بازداشت شده. هیچ اطلاعی از محل نگهداری وی وجود ندارد. رضا خندان همسر خانم ستوده هم از آذر ۱۴۰۳ در زندان است.
