Nel giorno in cui si inizia a parlare concretamente di una possibile richiesta di revisione del processo ad Alberto Stasi, Milo Infante dedica la puntata di Ore 14 Sera al caso di Garlasco. Si parte da uno degli elementi alla base della condanna del fidanzato di Chiara Poggi, la famosa telefonata al 118. "Lei ha fatto benissimo a riproporla perché da lì nasce tutto", afferma Antonio De Rensis, avvocato di Stasi secondo cui le vicende del suo assistito derivano tutte da lì: "Tutto nasce da quella telefonata.Passando per un fermo che non aveva alcun motivo di esistere, passando per uno scambio di pedali mai avvenuto e potrei andare avanti. E quindi è giusto che quella telefonata rappresenti un punto di partenza che non ha alcuna valenza probatoria".

L'avvocato è al centro anche di un altro caso, l'esposto presentato da una giornalista che sostiene che il legale "orienta indagini e tv". "C'è un'operazione realtà, e un'operazione spazzatura. Ma è una giornata bellissima", commenta De Rensis in trasmissione che racconta di essere stato registrato durante una cena in un noto ristorante di Milano il 22 gennaio scorso: .Perché se ho detto cose tanto gravi non ha parlato ma lo ha fatto solo ora?", chiede retoricamente il legale. 

"Non è un po' strano che nei giorni in cui Napoleone chiede la revisione sostanzialmente del processo di Stasi, escano audio" che ipotizzano "manipolazioni e condizionamenti?", chiede Infante che non risparmia un commento duro sulla vicenda: "Quanto siamo caduti in basso?".

Il Fatto Quotidiano: Omicidio di Annibale Carta, l’audio choc del delitto di Foggia: “Ma che fai? Mi spari?”

Quattro spari e voci che si sovrappongo, in parte incomprensibili, sono state cristallizzate in un audio registrato da una telecamera di videosorveglianza di un condominio in via Carlo Pisacane, a circa 30 metri dal luogo dove lunedì sera è stato ucciso il personal trainer 42enne Annibale ‘Dino’ Carta, ammazzato vicino la sua abitazione in via Caracciolo, a Foggia, mentre portava a passeggio il cane.
L’audio con i quattro colpi di arma da fuoco – trasmesso durante la trasmissione ‘Ore 14’, in onda su Raidue – sono registrati alle 21.58. L’orario è perfettamente compatibile con gli istanti del delitto. Prima degli spari si sentono frammenti di dialoghi, con voci di uomini e di una donna, che parlano di un cane, probabilmente non collegati all’omicidio, poi un’altra voce maschile che dice “Ma che fai? Mi spari?”, quindi il rumore dei quattro colpi in sequenza. Subito dopo, ancora una voce maschile dice “non ti vengo a disturbare mai più. Te lo giuro, te lo giuro”. Non è certo che tra le voci registrate vi sia anche quella della vittima o del suo aggressore.
Si tratta di una traccia sulla quale stanno lavorando gli inquirenti, che hanno anche chiesto aiuto alla popolazione: “Chi avesse visto o sentito qualcosa, chi possa avere un’idea sul perché è successo quello che è successo, su quali erano i rapporti tra la vittima e il suo circuito di relazioni e che ci possa far comprendere cosa è successo nei giorni precedenti, si faccia avanti”, è stato l’appello del procuratore di Foggia, Enrico Infante.
“Mai come in questo caso può essere utile – aggiunge – anche perché il delitto ha colpito molto la comunità locale. Era una persona che non aveva legami o affiliazioni, per quello che se ne sa. Tanti si sono immedesimati – continua Infante – e può essere che questo spinga qualcuno a farsi avanti e a collaborare. Sono casi complessi proprio perché non sono immediatamente incasellabili in questo o quello ‘spaccato’ criminoso tipico: precedenti in certi settori, scontri, conflitti, al di là della criminalità organizzata in senso stretto”.

Four gunshots and overlapping voices, partly incomprehensible, were crystallized in an audio recording made by a surveillance camera of an apartment building on Via Carlo Pisacane, about 30 meters from the location where 42-year-old personal trainer Annibale ‘Dino’ Carta was killed, shot near his home on Via Caracciolo, in Foggia, while walking his dog.

The audio with the four shots of firearms – transmitted during the broadcast ‘Ore 14’, airing on Raidue – was recorded at 9:58 PM. The time is perfectly compatible with the moments of the crime. Before the shots, fragments of dialogues are heard, with the voices of men and a woman, talking about a dog, likely not related to the murder, then another male voice saying “What are you doing? Are you shooting at me?”, followed by the sound of the four shots in sequence. Immediately afterward, another male voice says “I will never disturb you again. I swear to you, I swear to you.” It is not certain whether among the recorded voices is also that of the victim or his assailant.

This is a track that investigators are working on, and they have also asked for help from the population: “Anyone who saw or heard something, anyone who might have an idea about why this happened, about the relationships between the victim and his network of relationships, and that can help us understand what happened in the days leading up to it, should come forward,” was the appeal of the Foggia prosecutor, Enrico Infante.

“As in this case, it can be useful – he adds – because the crime has deeply affected the local community. It was a person with no ties or affiliations, as far as we know. Many have empathized – continues Infante – and it is possible that this will prompt someone to come forward and cooperate. These are complex cases precisely because they cannot be immediately categorized into this or that ‘crime segment’ typical: precedents in certain sectors, clashes, conflicts, beyond organized crime in the strict sense.”
