Luca Carboni ha pubblicato il suo romanzo autobiografico “Luca non parlava mai”, uscito lo scorso 12 maggio. In occasione del lancio del volume ha rilasciato delle dichiarazioni a Il Secolo XIX. A proposito del titolo del libro “Luca non parlava mai” l’artista ha detto: “La popolarità mi ha fatto soffrire, non ho mai sognato di essere protagonista in prima persona. Quindi, non davo mai troppo peso a certi aspetti. Semmai ho risposto con l’ironia”.
“Prima fumavo molto, quindi avevo una voce roca, a tratti rock e profonda. – ha detto Carboni parlando anche della sua malattia ai polmoni, che ha curato – Adesso è più pulita e brillante. Quando mi curavo, ho messo da parte la musica in favore della pittura. Che mi dava una grande energia. E non sapevo se ne avrei mai più avuto per tornare a cantare”.
Ma cambia idea quando Cesare Cremonini lo chiama per duettare su “San Luca”: “Mi è piaciuta tanto perché il mio nome deriva dalla profonda devozione dei miei genitori per la Beata Vergine di San Luca, che a Bologna è un’entità rispettata anche dai laici.Illumina tutta la città. Quando ho finito di registrarla, ho capito che sarei tornato sul palco”.
Il ricordo va ai momenti difficili vissuti per la malattia: “Ho provato più sgomento e paura. È stato un percorso molto spirituale dove mettevo in campo inconsciamente anche una certa felicità. A un certo punto ho anche pensato che fossero gli ultimi momenti che vivevo, e quindi avrei dovuto lasciare tutto con serenità”.
Poi un aneddoto, la carriera di Luca Carboni nasce a 19 anni quando manda delle canzoni a Lucio Dalla: “In realtà, i testi erano indirizzati a Ron, ma Lucio aprì lo stesso la busta e tutto cominciò”.

Luca Carboni has released his autobiographical novel “Luca Never Spoke,” which was released on May 12th. On the occasion of the book launch, he made statements to Il Secolo XIX. Regarding the title of the book, “Luca Never Spoke,” the artist said: “My popularity caused me suffering, I never dreamed of being the main character. So, I never gave too much weight to certain aspects. Rather, I responded with irony.”

“I used to smoke a lot, so I had a hoarse voice, sometimes rock and deep. – Carboni said, also talking about his lung illness, which he cured – Now it’s cleaner and brighter. When I was recovering, I put music aside in favor of painting, which gave me a great energy. And I didn’t know if I would ever have it again to return to singing.”

But he changed his mind when Cesare Cremonini called him to duet on “San Luca”: “I liked it so much because my name derives from the deep devotion of my parents to the Blessed Virgin of San Luca, who in Bologna is also a respected figure by non-clergy. It illuminates the whole city. When I finished recording it, I realized that I would be returning to the stage.”

The memory goes back to the difficult times experienced due to the illness: “I felt more shock and fear. It was a very spiritual journey where I unconsciously put forward a certain happiness. At some point, I even thought that these were the last moments I was living, and therefore I had to leave everything with serenity.”

Then an anecdote: Luca Carboni’s career began at 19 years old when he sent songs to Lucio Dalla: “Actually, the lyrics were addressed to Ron, but Lucio opened the envelope anyway and it all started.”

Il Fatto Quotidiano: Processo lungo 20 anni, muoiono i clienti: la Cassazione riconosce il diritto al compenso dell’avvocato

Un processo durato così a lungo da superare la vita dei suoi protagonisti e trasformarsi in un caso emblematico di malagiustizia. È la vicenda, raccontata dall’edizione locale del quotidiano Il Secolo XIX di una causa civile iniziata nel 1999 davanti al Tribunale della Spezia e conclusa solo molti anni dopo, tra decessi, passaggi ereditari e contenziosi sulla parcella dell’avvocato. Al centro della storia c’è l’avvocato spezzino Roberto Brozzo, che per oltre un decennio ha seguito una causa di divisione giudiziale. Il primo assistito, da lui difeso per dodici anni, è morto nel 2011. A quel punto il legale ha riassunto il giudizio rappresentando la vedova, co-erede per un terzo, per la quale era stato nominato un amministratore di sostegno, oltre agli altri due eredi coinvolti.
La vicenda si è ulteriormente complicata quando anche la vedova è deceduta nel 2016. Nonostante ciò, il procedimento è andato avanti: l’avvocato ha continuato a seguire la causa per conto dell’eredità giacente, in un contesto giudiziario che nel frattempo non si era ancora concluso. Nel 2017 è stato venduto il compendio immobiliare oggetto della controversia per circa 592 mila euro, ma solo nel 2019 è arrivata la sentenza definitiva.
A quel punto si è aperto un nuovo fronte: quello del pagamento delle spettanze legali. Il Tribunale della Spezia ha liquidato 6mila euro per l’attività relativa all’eredità giacente, a cui si sono aggiunti circa 5mila euro per la parte riferibile alla donna assistita. Una somma ritenuta insufficiente dal legale, che ha deciso di impugnare il provvedimento. Anche la curatela ha presentato ricorso, portando la questione fino in Cassazione. La Suprema Corte ha infine dato ragione all’avvocato, stabilendo che, pur trattandosi della stessa causa, l’attività svolta riguardava tre distinte posizioni giuridiche. Per questo motivo, il professionista ha diritto a essere retribuito separatamente per ciascuna di esse. I giudici hanno quindi rinviato il caso al Tribunale della Spezia per una nuova valutazione del compenso.

A process that lasted so long it surpassed the lives of its protagonists and transformed into an emblematic case of injustice. It is the story, recounted by the local edition of the newspaper Il Secolo XIX, of a civil lawsuit that began in 1999 before the Spezia Courthouse and was only concluded many years later, amidst deaths, inheritance transfers, and disputes over the lawyer’s fees. At the center of the story is the Spezzino lawyer Roberto Brozzo, who for over a decade followed a judicial division lawsuit. The first client, defended by him for twelve years, died in 2011. At that point, the lawyer continued the case, representing the widow, a co-heir for a third, for whom a guardian of the estate had been appointed, along with the other two heirs involved.

The affair became further complicated when the widow also died in 2016. Nevertheless, the proceedings continued: the lawyer continued to follow the case on behalf of the dormant estate, in a judicial context that had not yet concluded. In 2017, the real estate property subject to the dispute was sold for approximately €592,000, but it was only in 2019 that the final judgment was issued.

At that point, a new front opened: that of paying the legal fees. The Spezia Courthouse awarded €6,000 for the activity relating to the dormant estate, to which approximately €5,000 was added for the portion attributable to the client. An amount deemed insufficient by the lawyer, who decided to challenge the ruling. The guardianship also filed an appeal, taking the matter to the Court of Cassation. The Supreme Court finally sided with the lawyer, stating that, although it was the same case, the work performed concerned three distinct legal positions. For this reason, the professional is entitled to be paid separately for each of them. The judges then referred the case back to the Spezia Courthouse for a new assessment of the fees.
