Сплю больше обычного, и от этого не очень круто, да и режим сбивается. Это не больно, но вызывает грусть из-за потраченного времени на сон и иногда планы на день ломаются (и превращаются в планы на ночь, например).

I recently started Xywav, and we’re still working out the dosage and everything, but it’s so incredibly worth it because I’m awake! It’s wild adding 5+ hours to my day… I can do things I enjoy and that fills me with great joy.

Someone explain to me why prior authorization denials for life-altering medications (which has been approved & life changing for years already) is a thing.

This medication makes me a psuedo-functional human being. Without it, I am lost. I will spiral, flare and become angry, delusional and legally unable to drive.

What gives an insurance company to right to pull that rug as it pleases? It's impossible to buy out of pocket.
