Und zum Abschluss noch das Abendessen. Heute haben wir uns wieder für #Okonomiyaki , eine Art herzhafter Pfannkuchen. Wird manchmal auch als "japanische Pizza" bezeichnet, wobei beides nicht wirklich passend ist. Hier sind es gebratene Nudeln mit Ei und allerlei Gemüse, Kräutern und Gewürzen, wahlweise dann noch mit Getier dazu.
Dazu als Topping eine wahnsinnig leckere Sauce.

2 dashes bitters
¼ oz lemon juice
½ oz banana oleo
2 oz Clairin
fill with seltzer

Build in glass // Stir // Garnish: none

This one was one of those “use what’s laying around” cocktails. Plus, I wanted to try my new clear ice spear out. Gonna have to keep this template in mind for the summer, it was delish!

It's plum time at the allotment, so I made an umeshu highball (after an adventure finding soda water) using fresh plums.

30ml dry sherry (fino or manzanilla)
30ml dry vermouth @bordiga1888
100ml @fevertreemixers Mediterranean tonic water
1 dash of olive bitter
1 dash lemon bitter

Build in a fancy highball glass full of ice and garnish with an olive and a rosemary spring.

A real good, savory and low abv one, highly recommend before lunch.
