Oyster Martini:
pour the water of an oyster in the mixing glass with 75ml of good gin and 15ml of vermouth dry.
Stirr and pour in a chilled coupe with 3 leaves of Salicornia.
Delicious!

Ich habe mir heute zum ersten Mal eine Flasche Noilly Prat gegönnt und gleich mal als Aperitif probiert. Der schmeckt ja abgefahren. Ich hatte ganz was anderes erwartet. Super interessante Bitternoten, fast keine Süße - weit entfernt von dem, was ich bisher als Wermuth kannte...Toll!
