I’ll be camping in West Virginia in EM97 this week. Going to try to work the #MagicBand with this “thrift store” ham stick dipole and a QMX+.

Is #WestVirginia rare in others’ logs? I hadn’t been able to get it in my last 1.5 years as a Technician.

Well… all 4 #HamStick antennas have been tuned to where I’d most likely want their lowest SWR. I’ve mobile antennas for
10 (28.400 SSB ballpark, but FT8 & CW will be OK @20-30W)
20 (14.200 SSB ballpark, but FT8 & CW will be OK @20-30W)
40 (7.074 FT8 & CW, but 7.200 nominally workable if I feel the need to vent)
80 (3.825 my local Joes hang here on AM)
