Today I managed to run 7km. 🥳 It feels so great to slowly get back into running, 2.5 months post-surgery. 🙌

Goal for the year was 100km each month. I managed this until surgery so I have 927km on my account for this year so far. I am fine with that and happy if I can collect some more km during the next two weeks but focus is lying on recovering, not distance or pace. 😊 Just the fact that I am back at running feels amazing at the moment.

I have completed all my bucket list goals for 2023. At the start of the new year, I made my resolutions but decided to change the "name" because I don't do New Year's resolutions. So, I made a bucket list instead.

✅️ Visit the Oregon coast
