Min and May, inlecuisine.com, offer multi course meals from their hometown, Inle, in Myanmar. They currently live in Chiang Mai, as home is too dangerous, and run their business with the idea of food diplomacy, sharing their culture, food, and history. It was an amazingly lovely experience shared with the coliving group Alt_ in Chiang Mai. I highly recommend you give them a visit, reservation only, and share in their culture and history.

The crackers in the first set are made with peanut oil and the mix was delicious, with just a bit of spice to accommodate the Europeans 😝

The beverage was a rum and lime based cocktail, also delicious.

The tray had a delicious mixture of toppings for the lettuce, including some dried shrimp and a fermented tea, the green on the bottom left.

The dessert was a brownie, passion fruit, and pomegranate in an egg shell
