I changed my floor work with only three training sessions to go😳. Which seems like a crazy thing to do looking back. But it had to be done since it was so stiff before. Thanks to the amazing Ariane from the Pole Dance Factory I made it work.

My performance at Tribally Yours in 2007. I was in the midst of a terrible asthma attack throughout this performance, and no one had a clue because the show must go on. I was barely breathing the entire time. When I got off stage, I basically collapsed. The smoke machine at the venue is what triggered it.
