I love exploring pole shapes and transitions, so here are a couple from the prompt of using feet on the pole! Not everything here is a “super hard” trick, but i enjoy playing around with the “beginner” moves and seeing what you can change.
I also am reflecting the same shape upright and upside down.

Push-Pull opposing forces is used in almost every pole move. Kinda interesting how similar principles apply in #MartialArts too, but for throwing the opponent off balance

You don't get to do the sport while erasing its history and actively spouting hate on sex work.

Tried out this newer move called Bouquet. It's very similar to the #pdChenLily, both of which are basically one armed #pdEmbrace variations.
The struggle to hold that pose was a humbling reminder to restart regular stretches working towards my #needlescale
