Agi: All'ex Ilva di Taranto arriva il piano industriale 'revisionato' di Flacks Group

AGI - Quella di oggi potrebbe essere una giornata cruciale per l'ex Ilva di Taranto. La mattinata è iniziata alle 7 di questa mattina con lo stop dell'altoforno 2, riattivato a fine febbraio dopo uno stop di due anni e sottoposto da agosto a importanti lavori tra cui l'installazione del nuovo crogiolo. Lo stop dell'impianto, per due turni di lavoro, si è reso necessario per svolgere un breve intervento di manutenzione, provvedere alla sostituzione di una valvola.
Nella giornata odierna, però, c'è un altro appuntamento ben più importante. Oggi è attesa da parte del fondo americano Flacks Group, candidatosi all'acquisto di tutti gli stabilimenti e attualmente in trattativa con i commissari delle due amministrazioni straordinarie, Ilva e Acciaierie d'Italia, la precisazione dell'offerta di acquisto. Sono stati i commissari a chiedergliela fissando anche la data di oggi per presentare un piano revisionato.
Il piano presentato il 5 marzo "non soddisfacente"
Nel vertice del 5 marzo a Palazzo Chigi tra Governo, azienda e sindacati, il commissario AdI, Giovanni Fiori, disse: "Stiamo analizzando con estrema attenzione il piano presentato da Flacks, che su alcuni punti non è ancora del tutto soddisfacente. Invieremo una lettera ultimativa a Flacks, chiedendo di chiarire tutti questi aspetti e di definire il partner industriale come richiesto dal governo. Non porteremo mai a Palazzo Chigi un piano industriale che non offra tutte le garanzie necessarie".
La risposta di Flacks Group e i prossimi passi
Alla richiesta dei commissari, Michael Flacks ha risposto affermando che il 12 marzo avrebbe portato "un piano industriale revisionato, prove della regolare situazione dell'entità acquirente, una lettera di impegno di capitale e di altri elementi che dimostrano la disponibilità di asset significativi". Nella stessa occasione Flacks Group ha anche annunciato di avere in corso discussioni per l'ex Ilva "con dei partner industriali di primaria importanza. Qualora la documentazione venga ritenuta accettabile, il gruppo - ha annunciato l'investitore - prevede di firmare un accordo di acquisizione vincolante entro la fine di marzo". È presumibile che dopo l'invio della nuova documentazione, i commissari si prenderanno alcuni giorni per esaminarlo e dare una risposta.

The plan presented on March 5th was “unsatisfactory”
At the March 5th meeting at Palazzo Chigi between the Government, the company, and the unions, AGI commissioner Giovanni Fiori said: "We are analyzing with extreme care the plan presented by Flacks, which is not yet entirely satisfactory on some points. We will send a final letter to Flacks, asking them to clarify all these aspects and define the industrial partner as required by the government. We will never bring to Palazzo Chigi an industrial plan that does not offer all the necessary guarantees.”

The response of Flacks Group and the next steps
In response to the commissioners’ request, Michael Flacks stated that on March 12th he would bring “a revised industrial plan, proof of the regular situation of the acquiring entity, a commitment letter and other elements that demonstrate the availability of significant assets.” At the same time, the Flacks Group also announced that it was in discussions with the former Ilva “with leading industrial partners. If the documentation is deemed acceptable, the group – the investor announced – anticipates signing a binding acquisition agreement by the end of March.” It is likely that after submitting the new documentation, the commissioners will take a few days to examine it and respond.

“Jindal? Fino all’altro giorno discutevano degli azeri, poi del fondo Flacks. Bisogna avere la serietà dei tavoli istituzionali, non continuare con le dichiarazioni alla stampa. La premier Meloni prenda in mano il dossier”. Ad attaccare è il segretario generale della Fiom Michele De Palma, a margine di una conferenza stampa, sull’incontro tra il ministro delle Imprese e del Made in Italy Adolfo Urso e i vertici di Jindal Steel sull’ex Ilva.
“Due infortuni mortali per uno che fa il sindacalista sono una sconfitta. L’intero Paese e il governo dovrebbero sentire quello che è successo come una sconfitta”, ha continuato il segretario generale della Fiom Cgil, dopo l’incidente mortale nella quale ha perso la vita Loris Costantino, operatore di una ditta esterna, precipitato dopo aver fatto “un passo nel vuoto” e aver calpestato una griglia letteralmente marcia, coperta dagli avanzi delle polveri nel reparto Agglomerato dell’acciaieria di Taranto. Circostanze simili a quelle nelle quali, a gennaio, aveva perso la vita Claudio Salamida, 46enne impiegato da oltre 20 anni nello stabilimento, che era deceduto a causa del cedimento di un grigliato sotto ai suoi piedi, in Acciaieria 2.
“Gli infortuni non sono frutto del caso – ha sottolineato De Palma – e quindi è del tutto evidente che chi ha delle responsabilità deve togliersi di mezzo. Abbiamo sempre detto che prendere tempo vorrebbe dire perdere tempo e perdere soldi pubblici. Per questo abbiamo detto che si investa e si gestisca il processo di transizione con le lavoratrici e lavoratori”. Riguardo la convocazione dei sindacati a Palazzo Chigi prevista per domani, arrivata dopo settimane di silenzi e la scelta di Fiom, Uilm e Fim di autoconvocarsi, De Palma ha aggiunto: “Siamo stati lasciati soli nel corso di questi mesi, non ci hanno mai ascoltato. Ora andremo a Palazzo Chigi e ci andremo a confrontare con la base di quello che saranno le novità che saranno oggetto di un tavolo istituzionale”.
