Hoppy start that develops into tropical fruity notes. A very light bodied IPA, that is nice on a warm London day, the fruity notes add interest, but otherwise a pretty standard IPA

A little bit of fermentation still going, but this will be a quick one. I'll drop in the dry hops tomorrow and then give it until Thursday, until it's gonna be cold crashed.

Gotta use the opportunity tomorrow to fill up the water lock as well. Yesterday's powerful fermentation really blasted out some of the water 😄

Maiden Voyage - Hop Union - 4.0% ABV. B+ and a touch. Stillage version. Big and malty, hints of fruit and bitter sweetness. Gluten free #ale #beer #bier  

3.1/5. Back in The Settle Inn #Portishead Where I am now the Mayor. A pint for a gentle Sunday Afternoon. Good Health.

ZZ Hop - Arbor Ales - 4.3% ABV. B++, there’s Citra in here. Zesty, sharp and murky. Hint of spice with a lingering fruity finish #ale #beer #bier  

3.5/5. Moving on to Sidney and Eden and they are open. Still no public WiFi and ThreeUK isn’t really cutting it. The wind however is.

Resonance - Moor Beer Co - 4.1% ABV. B++ and a touch. Citra on Keg from Temple Meads. Fruity, Orange and Tropical. A touch of sharpness too #ale #beer #bier  

3.6/5. More Bristol, More Citra, this time on Keg. A touch more sharp but Citra is still the hop winner. Settle Inn, Portishead.
