#Turmeric is a favorite spice of mine as it adds dramatic #color and amazing #flavor to #food. It is also a great anti-inflammatory and I add it to #celery and #carrot #juice for a nice morning boost.

#Lunch today was a #StirFry of grilled #tofu, #broccoli, white onion, and green onion. I served this over some #Thai wheat #noodles that were fried and dressed with soy sauce the drowned it all in #vegan #dashi broth.
Delicious doesnβt start to describe how good this was!

This one uses oyster #mushrooms , #leeks, purple #potatoes, #BrusselSprouts, #SweetPeppers, #carrots, #violife #smoked #provolone, #TraderJoes #meatless #GroundBeef, and some #LeftOver #MashedPotatoes
A difference from previous versions is I put #cheese slices between the mince and potatoes which added so much flavor!
