I still think we should institute Approval Voting.

This is different from the current system in that you can #vote for more than one candidate.

That's it. That's the only difference.

Counting works the same: every ✅ is +1 to that candidate.

The win condition is the same: the candidate with the most ✅s wins.

This solves the vote-splitting problem, but unlike the ranked-choice system in some places, this adds near-zero complexity to the process of #voting and counting #votes.
