#brusselsprouts were on offer and I found my favourite supermarket to have a much wider variety of #spelt #pasta so I made a combination of two nyt- cooking recipes: pasta with fried #artichoke hearts, and air fried Brussel sprouts with aceto balsamico and #garlic .
The artichoke is pretty well priced sometimes, so it’s not expensive, either. And deliiicious!

Ich habe gestern erstmals eine scharfe Pastasauce mit Rosenkohl zubereitet: Rosenkohl geputzt, halbiert, 6 Knoblauchzehen & 4 scharfe Peperonis klein geschnitten, 2x passierte Tomaten , 1l Wasser, Gemüsebrühe, Kreuzkümmel, italienische Kräuter sowie etwas Öl genommen & köcheln lassen.. die Fusili nach dem Kochen abgegossen, zurück in den Topf mit 4 Kellen der Sauce vermischt sowie etwas Parmesan angerichtet..🙃
