I've been having brain zaps for about a week now and just generally not feeling right. Sometimes my heart feels a bit heavy and worn out. Tinnitus acting up. So despite really wanting to get things done today, I'm having to pump the brakes. I've been lying in bed a couple extra hours after a light workout this morning. I can feel brain zaps waiting in the wings and I'm trying to stave then off. This is not the day I had planned but I guess it's the day I'm going to have.

Wenn ein Leben vielfach auf so rudimentäre Vollzüge wie Atmen und Liegen reduziert ist, stellen sich Fragen, die angesprochen werden. Aus medizinischer, psychologischer, philosophischer und persönlicher Perspektive. Das anzuhören und mitzufühlen nahm mich äußerst mit!

Un vieux tenon en liège a sauté sur ma flûte traversière. En attendant une vraie réparation je fais chier mes proches pour dénicher dans leurs placards du fil 100% coton pour refaire un tenon temporaire (je me souvenais que sinon ça risquait de pas être assez élastique, que le bois humide pourrait gonfler et casser si j'utilisais une matière pas assez souple). Je revérifie par acquis de conscience avant de le faire : le coton gonfle avec l'humidité, ça risque de faire éclater le bois. #fatigue
