Some of our bike rides over the last couple of days.
1. Collecting wood and other supplies for our continuing kitchen renovation project.
2. Taking some old metal to be recycled by a guy who lives at a nearby traveller camp.
3. Taking the old freezer to the recycling centre.
4. Picking up our grandchild from daycare.

This morning's trip to get things for the kitchen and garden. First I bought a few light fittings and brackets from one shop in the city centre, then I rode out to the big shops around the edge for sheets of plywood and some planters, and finally I bought a loaf of bread from the baker on the way home so that I could eat lunch on my return.
The trip home was made a little more interesting than usual by having a strongish side wind for much of the route. As I rode along a residential street I felt as if I was being pulled towards the houses while at the gaps between them there was a strong wind pushing me away. Luckily we have good quality separated cycle-paths pretty much everywhere so there was no danger at all of being pushed in front of motor traffic.

I took a slight detour through a park to cycle in the shadow of some trees, but on the way I spotted these pigs who preferred to bath in the sun.
Anyway, today ten customers were sent email notifications and they'll receive their bike parts in a few days.
