@ascentale @pete @bikenite A3: the stand on my cargo bike.
That bent tube is 12mm x 0.9mm wall and the bolt holes wallow out over time until the tube snaps. I welded it up, making the walls thicker where the holes are then re-drilled. Hopefully it'll last longer this time.
I also made the legs more vertical to hopefully reduce the torque on that tube.
Update for my Enviolo hub problems: it has now failed completely and only engages here and there.
I can no longer use the bike.
Oh snap, after 5000 km my Enviolo heavy duty hub started dropping gears. My high speed gear/range is now gone.
Can't say how disappointed I am in this technology which promised maintanance free hub for over 60k km.
Now for reference, I commute on very steep terrain with a kid in the back, but still, I expected more since it's the heavy duty one.
