I tend to #dissociate from my #emotions. I put them in a box and set them aside. Later I'll deal with them - and pay exorbitantly in interest. But I do that when I'm alone.

The #pain will rack my body and I'll #suffer for my choice.

But what I want to know today is - how do you help someone who experiences the opposite extreme? The emotions completely overtake them and they are unable to control their #mood at all.

Yes, yes, I'd prefer to #help someone else #heal than myself.
