Hello, Fedinauts! It's been a hectic couple of weeks with work projects and other things, so I haven't been able to check in and share cool stuff as much as I usually do. Hope y'all have been well and 2024 is treating you kindly.

I'll place something lovely down in my dusted-off corner of the Fediverse: three generations (well, two and a half!) of MicroProse stealth flight sim.

I only ever played (mainly) F-117A 2.0 and a little of F-19 back in the day, so it's been pretty nifty to see where MicroProse's brief obsession with simulating the Nighthawk began with Project Stealth Fighter - back when it was still hush-hush and they were basing their design on Testor model kits.

F-19 and F-117A 2.0 are still superbly atmospheric sims, especially during Cold War campaign night missions when everything is hushed and you gotta be exceedingly stealthy to avoid the radar and perform your clandestine missions.
