Well uh... our CRT monitor just died overnight...

it's making a high-pitched clicking-ish sound once a second, like it's trying to sync. (It sounds like the sound it makes when it's changing resolutions.)

Anyone got ideas? >,,<

Hey #CRT monitor critters: Is it better for the tube if we use a light theme (probably at slightly lower brightness), or a dark theme (probably at slightly higher brightness)?

(by brightness I mean "contrast", i.e. brightness, not "brightness" as in black level)
