@TheConversationClimate Interesting article. The #CarneyCons have fragmented its #Arctic #militarization plan so conversations are muted and no cumulative effects assessment can be undertaken to truly understand effects on human communities, the environment and climate, economy, security or political circumstances. It's shameful.
