A lot of people citing #NYPD being incompetent for missing the #CEOKiller & having him later captured at a Maccas.

People shouldn't look solely at that but also at the fact the killer was a rich white guy who's never face consequences before & thought he was smarter than he was. he never thought he'd get caught & if he did, he'd just slid out of it because of privilege.

also seeking fame & attention helped get him caught too.

NYPD still incompetent though.
