Is there a trick to portioning extremely sticky dough? Esp. when you've only "1 portion" and it basically sticks to your hand completely after kneading it?

I can't just add additional flower to make it less sticky, as it is supposed to be this way (according to the recipe at least. May do it next time anyway though).
