So, I’ve got some important stuff to do and I took my #Elvanse (#Lisdexamfetamine) to get the energy boost to actually do it.
As a result I am now using #AI to generate #songs from @UncleDuke1969 posts instead. 🙄
Listen to ‘Surprisingly Alive’ here: https://cdn.musegen.ai/music/1772701077505_29d4a5db8ee744a29abac5d8ebfbba00.mp3

(Maybe someone could write a bot to do that, because Uncle Duke’s songs are amazing!)

It only fires between 7 AM and 9 PM.
Because nobody deserves:
“YOU HAVE 1 HOUR UNTIL DENTIST”
at 3:12 AM.
We are building support systems. Not jump scares.
The main thing that tipped me off that I might be #ActuallyAutistic (ie. #AuDHD) is my obsession with systems.
I updated my 10 year old blog post to add my current system for keeping and managing ideas for more elaborate drawings and paintings: https://neladunato.com/blog/how-to-handle-crazy-influx-of-ideas-and-keep-ideas-organized/
Since I have a million paper sketchbooks, this is the only way to keep my all ideas where they're easy to find.

Vincent Kapoor scene. Annie Montrose saying "I hate everyone of you." Ah yes, council of Elrond. "Because it's a secret meeting." Boromir as Flight Director. Who else was in the movie? *my brain showing flashcards of the actors' faces* wait, what? Was that the Winter Soldier?
Googling it...
No way! 🤦♀️ 🤯
From the series: Another day with my #adhdbrain
One thing I've learned this year is that I'm happier and more productive when I lean into my ADHD.
Most days I can find a #hyperfocus state. One way to think about it is that my brain works better when it's 100% engaged, so if a task only needs 60%, I need to fill that other 40% somehow. That's where I take obsessive notes, or do research for next tasks in the background.
Hey people with #ADHD
Do you also hate re-planning the same tasks again and again, and forgetting things in the process? Me too! That's why I programmed an #app for that
Routines lets you create and edit routines and follow them through in a step-by step manner (to avoid being overwhelmed)
Google play will take some time, but you can sideload it (.apk) from https://github.com/libric0/routines/releases
Btw: It's completely open source!
