Day 54 of my #RunEveryDay streak.
Legs were feeling tired today, so rather than #running the 8k in my #Runna plan, limited myself to a 2 mile run on the #treadmill. Walked into town and back, another 2 miles. And then, decided to try out #Rouvy. Been using #Zwift since release, and I used to do a bit of #Sufferfest. It was nice to try something new and different. In fact, I really enjoyed it. I can see myself ditching Zwift!

Day 52. Legs feeling tired this morning. Combination of cumulative fatigue and the shock of being outside instead of on the #treadmill. So just a mile this morning with a stop at Cooplands to get some pastries for breakfast! 🥐🥐
Had to travel in to the office today, but with some warmer weather, had to get outside for my #RunEveryDay #Running when I got back home. It was after sunset, but I was actually too warm! Needed to ditch my top layer! 🥵
Day 50 of my #RunEveryDay challenge, and another 2 miles for the #ProstateCancerResearch #56MilesInFebruary challenge. I even finished with a little 200m sprint. Well, a sprint by my standards, but probably just a light jog for many! 😂
