Had a bit of a hectic day, but managed to squeeze in the #Runna “Broken Miles” intervals workout for my Parkrun Improvement Plan, Week 4, Run 2.
It is #GlobalRunnimgDay today, so I was determined to get a run in one way or another.
However, I always battle with pace on the treadmill, with #Stryd telling me I’m running markedly slower than the treadmill. It doesn’t help when I forget to tell my Garmin it’s a treadmill run and not outdoors!
Anyway, it’s another session towards a fitter me!

Damn. I enjoyed that this morning! I think its because I nailed the early paces.
Drop Set intervals session over 5.5km.
Started the day with a 7km Long Run for Week 3 Run 1 of my Runna Parkrun Improvement Plan. Going to be another warm day today, and wouldn't want to have to run in the heat of the day!
Runna told me off for running it too fast... still not great at pacing. I already run slow, so running slower is hard! 🤣
Tried out a new chest mount for my #parkrun yesterday, but not particularly happy with the results. 😐
