Mailing back and forth with #Garmin support to try to get something fixed is really a frustrating thing.

In the end, after a week of mailing several times a day, they escalated my issue. Let's hope it gets fixed.

Tuesday back out for a short run around Durham. Wet and windy, we are catching the ver edge of some proper weather. Legs heavy after Sunday and 30mins erg yesterday. Despite the legs and weather this was exactly what my body and mind needed.

After the benchmark run last week today was the first interval training based on those results. So we ran 4x100m, 8x200m and 4x400m with specific time targets based on your benchmark. It was fun 😁.
Trainer could still walk after what he called a 'brutal' Arc of attrition (UTMB 100M course along the South West coast path in the UK). Pictures were beautiful though.

Voilà un jour de repos comme j'aime après un w.e. passé au boulot.
J'ai profité de mon lit ce matin et l'aprèm, séance ciné suivie d'une petite sortie pour laquelle j'ai refait le même parcours que la fois précédente qui avait marqué mon premier jour de symptômes de la grippe, histoire d'exorciser ce vilain épisode haha. Je crois que ça y est, c'est bel et bien derrière moi mais c'est décidé, l'année prochaine, je me fais vacciner avant l'hiver 🤪.
