Legs were feeling tired today, so rather than #running the 8k in my #Runna plan, limited myself to a 2 mile run on the #treadmill. Walked into town and back, another 2 miles. And then, decided to try out #Rouvy. Been using #Zwift since release, and I used to do a bit of #Sufferfest. It was nice to try something new and different. In fact, I really enjoyed it. I can see myself ditching Zwift!

Introducing the Sunroom of Suffering. Previously I had a 7km commute. Now that I'm working from home I've set a new goal: 160km Le Tour de Norfolk in July. Will be tracking and improving power metrics for sure! #Zwift #Sufferfest ex- #BikeTO, now #BikeSimcoe?

I've tried many virtual cycling platforms. The best initial experience I've had is on #IndieVelo.

Currently, in development and FREE. Works very well -- I've had no bumps whatsoever. The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. Absolutely no connection issues. Amazing support. Amazing flexibility. Community and events that are engaging.

Finally had time to do a little race report on the 2023 JIM in Crozet. Only finished 4 laps for 24 miles and 6000' feet.

Another manky day so I did the #sufferfest Hunted on the Wattbike. This was the first video I used for training about 10 years ago, so it was quite nostalgic seeing how they were before it all got a bit more commercial.
