My training for the 100miles in August starts next week. For that, I try some recommendations from Jason Koop:
- Focus on Intervals and Tempo at the beginning and endurance at the end of the plan
- Start the training block with the hardest workout and then reduce to the next week

So, after years of dreaming about the possibility, I finally did a 100-mile race. Wow, what a journey. They don't call it 'life in a day' for nothing. To go from being so tired and in pain that it feels near impossible to take another step to be able to run to the finish line is beyond anything I've ever experienced. Thank you, Sörmlands 100 for providing me the space to learn/remember that I can do really, really hard things. This one means a lot.

Paris > Chantilly > Le Crotoy, une journée qui me permet de cocher mon premier #100miles, #200km, ma première #SunriseRide et une #SunsetRide dans la même journée 🤩

Immense merci à @gegeweb pour le prêt du Scott. Un peu difficile à emmener dans les montées mais sinon c'était un plaisir de rouler dessus !
