Wooooof I am in so much pain from my #chronicpain and #chronicillness that it's unbearable...aaand I can't afford my pain medicine, since I can't work *because* of those #disabilities I can't afford to treat. Really, though... WHY am I forced to exist when my self, my body, & my brain are all total useless garbage?? WHY do people expect this of me???? HOW do people expect this of me?? I have pretty bad #migraine and #BrainFog today and couldn't remember what an ice pack was called. What I got out was "ice cream bag." 😅 Close enough, I guess?

Almost every time I have to plop down on the floor, whether it's because of too much pain, fatigue, or because I'm about to pass out due to #POTS, Ziggy hops up onto my shoulder 😆💕 I love #cats!
