Little bit proud of this… completed my 100th different parkrun event a couple of weeks ago at the iconic #FountainsAbbey #parkrun (at 204 parkruns overall). Got to wear my newly updated t-shirt yesterday at my home event #ItchenValley. #loveparkrun

A very damp #Parkrun before/after this week; quite muddy in spots, so took my time on purpose today; still first woman in my age group though, so not all doom & gloom. Glad for my #Oiselle rain gear, though!

Some big puddles at Henlow Bridge Lakes #parkrun after heavy rain. I just powered through them and got a decent time consider the conditions. Very slippery in places so trail shoes were a must.

I was feeling pretty tired this morning so decided to "take it easy" at #parkrun - I wasn't going for a PB but still got my third-best ever time, 31:02

I'm not very good at taking it easy.

This was taken as I was heading to the finish line, I'm definitely looking less red in the face than usual, which is a good thing.
