Dorpsgenoot: "nee, je moet zeggen "mensen-met-een-beperking" of was het "invalide"?"

Dus ik zei "Gehandicapt" of "met een handicap" is prima. Maar als je de parkeerkaart wil, moet je de handicap ook overnemen. Oh en ik moest ook door de regen. De rolstoel heeft geen afdak. 😬

That's my new CPAP full-face but under the nose mask. Also the tube connects on top of the head, making me struggle less with it being in the way I hope. Also, I can wear my glasses with it!

Medical // cramps // pelvic floor

I am having the worst kind of pelvic floor spasms and cramping. It's impossible to pee, I need to press on my bladder and then don't empty fully.

Right now I'm in a lot of pain. Took (nsaid) pain killers, am sitting on a heat pad... it feels almost like being on my period (with endo) only in my behind instead of belly and back.

Tips to make it stop / relax are appreciated.

Ps, I managed to fall asleep with my full face cpap mask on! 👍🏼 kinda proud of my usually very difficult body and mind for just accepting it this soon.

I'm nowhere near sleeping through the entire night with the cpap on, but it is progress (?)

Sleeping with a cpap mask is not easy.

I've tried for 4 nights, but I keep removing the (full face) mask because I can't fall asleep.
I'm gonna give it a month, though. Or longer if there's any form of progress. I will keep trying.

Tips to fall asleep with it on are appreciated.
