I baked some easy gluten-free cream scones*, so delicious!

I used a plant-based heavy cream, and for sugar I used piloncillo I got in Mexico. Added cinnamon, and they are scrumptious. Blueberries would be a great addition as well.

I baked bread! Gluten-free, egg-free (husband can’t eat eggs), and it turned out pretty well for my first attempt at bread since about 2007 😂

I think it’s overproved and I probably added a little too much water, so it’s a little underdone inside. Next time I’ll add less water, watch the proving, and bake it a bit longer too. Overall I’m quite pleased, though I imagine Paul Hollywood wouldn’t agree 😂
