We'd completely missed that a new season of #GBBO Bake Off: The Professionals had started last week but occasionally our TiVo does record something we're interested in instead of Naked Attraction or the news or episode 9 of season 4 of some US reality programme. Anyway, episode 2 on now. Ellie's dress is disappointingly tame this week.
