Geezus what a way to welcome Friday!

2 rounds 50 minute cap did it in 39. Did get some good stretches done at the end cause boy did I need it.

Managed to do all 80 hand release push-ups on my toes!

And I don't like the ski-erg - we are not friends.

@Delphi 12 months ago I couldn't do one either.

Found a gym where I was welcomed in and now at 59 I can do 15 push-ups (on my toes) and can deadlift 130kg. My gym does have slow and steady classes for those that need this type of class.

Go out and find one - they are there. Most of them don't care how old you are - my gym is a small family run one admittedly. I am the fittest I have ever been and I am the oldest female there.

My friends ask me why I do this?

So I don't get old and can keep on living. Plus I enjoy it.

And to counteract the medication I am on as it can decrease bone density. I have my annual bone density scan today so will be interesting to see the results. Oncologist on Monday as well.
