ASIC and FPGA Hybrid Meetups
A new #Meetup group is being formed. Meetups will be held monthly in #Katowice, and occasionally in other European cities if a speaker and venue can be found. The plan is to make this into a hybrid meetup, so people from all over the world can participate, while the speaker benefits from live audience feedback.

A beautiful example of what can be done with FPGA based video processing pipelines. I know the people who wrote the Verilog. Sadly not open source.

NeTV2 is an #openSource video development machine with a PCI interface. Classic mode lets you add encrypted pixels to an encrypted video stream, without ever decrypting the video stream. Libre mode lets you manipulate pixels in real time, either onboard or by offloadomg computations to a companion GPU or cloud service vis the PCIe interface.

#Arducam is very active with both low end #RaspberryPi and high end Nvidia #Jetson cameras. They have an interesting camera stack for connecting lots of different cameras to USB 2 and 3.
