NeTV2 is an #openSource video development machine with a PCI interface. Classic mode lets you add encrypted pixels to an encrypted video stream, without ever decrypting the video stream. Libre mode lets you manipulate pixels in real time, either onboard or by offloadomg computations to a companion GPU or cloud service vis the PCIe interface.

Is there a recent board based on #zynq or #cyclcone v with ARM/RISCV hardcores available which fits a student budget and has similiar properties like #opsis
