#Elvanse day 04.
I get shit done! And remember things like:changing the lightbulb from my cars spotlight. And had a totally productive morning, decluttering and rearranging furniture in my mind, collecting ideas.
Feel a little tired, sleep is weird.
But hey, that was expected a little and will change in a few days.
But first: delicious apple-crumble I had hidden in the fridge to keep the teenage boys from noticing it. (They had some yesterday, too.)
I miss coffee right now.

Had awesome apple crumble some time before #running and delicious lasagna (made of the leftover bolognese we had the two days before) afterwards.
Now relaxing in a bubble bath. :)
(I hid the rest of the crumble in the fridge, hope the teenagers will overlook it)
Took a long break from #Running. Might be back.
I was craving movement in fresh, cold air so I decided to give it a try. (My first dose of Elvanse (ADHD treatment) probably has pushed my motivation a little more than anticipated, but, for what it’s worth, seize it when it‘s there for my #MentalHealth)
And it went swimmingly (that’s an expression? Translation for „wie geschmiert“).
Heartrate was rather high though but it did not feel as stressful. My body just did its thing, I never experienced that this way before.
In the beginning, the fitness watch signaled performance condition -7/fair, but it did not feel that bad.
Near the little stream I spotted a kingfisher flying.
I am NOT okay.
The world is on the brink, obviously I have to completely reinvent myself or adapt everything in my life to my needs which I did not know until recently, at least not to what extent. I got my #autism diagnosis two weeks ago. I am still in #burnout. I downloaded #Pokémon Go to persuade myself to go outside more into this cold, grey, drizzling weather.
For comfort, I decided to gather some #books by #Tolkien to read. That’s something I look forward to. :)
I probably should have a nice, hot cup of cocoa and cream with it.
Eventually, my ability for creating texts has returned, what a relief. #skillregression in #AutisticBurnout is a thing. Cooking slowly is returning to be fun again.
It’s the little things that matters, right?
I do still have hope and I won’t give that shit up!

Batch 2/3 & 3/3
Some bread rolls, rye with sauerkraut, and a loaf of of bread with spelt & rye. Delicious.

Sourdough portion 1/3
I accidentally made too much dough and fed it the last days, so baking day it is I guess.
This one is with spelt & yeast, I wanted it to become more like a baguette, oh well…
Awesome crust though and first taste test passed, too.

Day 77
Only a short, easy (very slow) run over 30 minutes. Was outpaced and afterwards I recognized I got automatically faster… HR went up so back to sloooow tempo… (he was obviously better/longer trained than me, so no regrets).
Left out the optional 10 minutes, because crappy sleep (still) and I want to go dancing tonight. :)

Day 72.
Slept a little better last night, & the
training plan suggested an easy run over 1’30. I thought well, I will try, if I am struggling in the end I can still walk back.
I did not have to and finished my first 10k!
It was not too warm and pretty windy, and in the end (around 1’10ish) pace dropped from about 8 to 9, I’m pretty happy and proud too.
Could observe some birds, a murder of crows and quite a big raptor, probably a buzzard.
And, besides many slugs in different states, a pair of snails having fun. -> See picture.
I was also very lucky to spot some of my favorite flowers, cornflowers, which have become pretty rare in the great outdoors.
(The text on the sign in picture 4 says: Help protect us. Leave them animals their peace. Stay on the paths. The buzzard is somewhere in the middle of picture 2, you can see its silhouette when you zoom in.)

Day 70.
(Wow, 10 weeks already!)
Still not really fit (what could be better on a Saturday than visiting the gigantic Decathlon store? & got a pretty lilac running shorts), but not running today was not an option. And worth it. Saw many butterflies, birds and flowers in all kind of colours.
Crossing the road in my eye height, I spotted a dragonfly, iridescent completely in black. Have never seen before.
The rowan berries seem to be ripe and also the hazelnuts begin to grow, yet lightly green still.
On the way back it began to rain, of course I wasn’t prepared for that with shorts and T-Shirt (and again forgot to pack tissues as well), but that wasn’t too bad because I was to run at medium till hard pace the last 10 minutes, and it was quite refreshing.
And I do love the smell when it had been warm before…
Cooked a vegan chicken curry for only me, and planning on rewarding myself watching the latest episode of “The Boys” later.

Day 69
Just rescheduled todays #running workout for tomorrow.
Records say I slept poorly (shitty for some weeks actually, I blame it on the antidepressant drug - Bupropion- I’m taking nearly 3 weeks now), I also went swimming today and attained a straining social event I could not avoid. I feel pretty leached out tbh. I hope sleep will get better after the adaptation phase of the drug.
Thus you only get beautiful pictures of the lake and my company I detected just before swimming ;) (yeah, I eliminated it immediately the moment I came home and got hands on a proper pair of tweezers).
