Hi 👋, here comes my belated #Introduction ! I’m a passionate educ. sociologist working on inequalities in the school system from a comparative perspective. I am on the finishing line of my PhD on school tracking effects on children of immigrants’ various edu outcomes.

Currently I work in a project on fairness perceptions among students @Uni Konstanz / Cluster of Excellence. I'm here for any kind of exchange reg. childhood inequalities, youths’ fairness perceptions & international comparisons!

My university has now moved from nudging on to policy for train travel: anything under 700 km is now in principle to be done by train rather than flying. This is a good thing.
