#Schneealpe #Rax “Path of the Sun”: 45 km, 2,300 m up/down. Normally a classic hike over 3 days. A 10-hour running project for me. But this time only as a hike'n'run to test pacing and the supply of water and food. Extremely mentally demanding, the last third including a long via ferrata was only possible on autopilot. 1/2
