I have trouble remembering, so many of these will just be "characters I liked" and not "The Character I Loved The Most Starting With Letter"

That said, for #FavCharacterAtoZ and in specific #FavCharacterA I'll start with Amaterasu Ōmikami from Ōkami. Best wolf artist ever.

@ami_angelwings For #FavCharacterAtoZ #FavCharacterC I think I'll choose El Chavo del Ocho. Again, watched that show so much. As most of Latin America did. The actors themselves, having moved on to other things, mostly circus, were amazed that a show they'd done decades before was still being watched and was still so beloved.

@ami_angelwings Ok, ok, let's do a fictional character.
I can, and recently did, recall some verses of Bilbo's song of Eärendil, the "flammifer of Westernesse".
So he got sick of losing and losing and took ship and crew and wife to Valinor, apologized for elvenkind and mankind, got the gods to finally do something (ok, "something" was "wreck Beleriand under the waves", but they also got rid of Morgoth) and for that he now sails the skies with a Silmaril.

We ought to believe Nanni's complaint that he was poorly treated by Ea-nasir and that he was offered poor ingots, otherwise this letter wouldn't exist. The complaint is private, sent in a letter addressed only to Ea-nasir and not for public humiliation (until the 1950s CE, at least). We don't need to consider the effort it took to write a letter, as writing in cuneiform was not as difficult as some folks can be led to believe. These folks wrote all the time. "
